GENERAL

MARVEL Mission is a leisure center where you will feel part of the MARVEL Universe by becoming a S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent and helping different Super Heroes with their Missions.

Currently we have 3 Missions aimed at adults and soon we will incorporate other novelties.

We also have an Official MARVEL Mission store full of products for you.

It is a store filled with Official MARVEL products.

There, you will find life-size figures of your favourite Super Heroes to take photos with them and resting areas where you can wait your turn to participate in your Mission.

It also has a Booking area to make reservations for the Mission you desire at the time you want. This also includes the possibility of booking an experience for the same day of your visit (subject to availability) and a Check-In area to register your arrival before your experience starts.

Remember you must do this process of registry at least HALF AN HOUR before the beginning of your Mission (you will find more information regarding this in your reservation ticket).

A Mission is a challenge.

In each Mission you will need to face various challenges to help different Super Heroes.

To reach your goal you will have to face all kinds of tests. From having to use the latest Virtual Reality devices to collaborating with your teammates to discover and unveil hidden messages.

Are you ready to find your power?

The VIP experience reserves a Mission exclusively for you and your team.

That means that you won´t have any other players than you and your chosen team participating in your Mission.

You can select this option during the reservation process as long as the number of players is equal or superior to the minimum required to play. This number variates from 3 to 4 depending on the experience.

It is not allowed to participate in any Mission if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If the experience is canceled for this motive, the participants of that group will not be refunded or given any kind of store credit.

For safety reasons, the experience will not occur if:
• You are a wheelchair user.

Participation is not recommended if:
• You suffer from heart conditions.
• You are in an advanced pregnancy.

Different missions like Thor, Spider-Man or S.H.I.E.L.D. includes at least one Virtual Reality test therefore it´s important that you read the following part carefully:

It is recommended to be at least 1,40 m tall to play.

You must be able to move your entire body freely without any help.

People with eyesight problems can play (when this condition affects just one of them).

For safety reasons the experience will not take place if:
• You suffer from any degree of epilepsy.
• You suffer from severe hearing loss.
• You suffer from a psychiatric condition such as anxiety disorders or post traumatic stress.
• You have a pacemaker.
• You are a wheelchair user.

Your participation it is not recommended if:
• You suffer any kind of heart condition.
• You suffer from photosensitivity.
• You are in an advanced state of pregnancy.

There´s no dressing code so you can come as you like but it is best to wear comfortable clothes.

At the Store Area you can take as many pictures as you want, but at the Missions´ Area it is forbidden to take photos. We want people to be surprised when they enter for the first time and that way you would be revealing what´s inside, possibly ruining the experience for the next participants.

At the end of each experience we will take a souvenir picture of all the participants and upload it to our Social Media Accounts (Facebook and Instagram). You can get your digital copy there.

Yes. The Game Master will give you the indications regarding that topic.

You can´t access the Missions with your cell phones, personal belongings or coats/jackets; therefore we would appreciate it if you would deposit all objects in the lockers you´ll find in the hall before entering.
The lockers work with one 1 euro coin. When you insert the key to collect your belongings back, the coin will automatically be returned to you.
You will be responsible for that key during the game.

No. We can surprise you and try to raise your adrenaline levels during the game but our main goal is for you to have fun.

Yes. The shopping center has free parking available.

To register a child who is a minor (under 16 years old) in the Check-In area they must do it with parental approval.

If you want to proceed with the online booking you should at least be reserving the experience 24 hours in advance.

If you prefer to do the booking here, you can come to our MARVEL Mission store and make a reservation for that same day or any other else of your choice at any hour available.

Yes, you can come to our MARVEL Mission store and make a reservation for that very same day or any other of your choice and select any hour as long as there are openings and they are available.

The register is made at the Check-In Area of the store. That must be completed 30 minutes before the experience begins.

You will find more details about this matter in your reservation ticket, which will be sent to your e-mail after the payment is completed.

In case of delays the reservation will be canceled and there won´t be any kind of refunds.

The experience will take place anyway even if you are late as long as the number of participants reaches the minimum of players required for that room.

If one of the participants is late or does not complete the Check-In 30 minutes before the experience starts as it is specified in the tickets, that person can´t enter.

The person who is late or does not attend will not be refunded.

If the minimum number of players required for the mission is not achieved for that reason, the experience will be canceled and rescheduled for another date and time for the participants who did attend (Subjected to availability of dates and schedules)

You can alter the date of the experience as long as you do it with 2 weeks in advance by writing to help@marvelmission.com.

Yes! You can obtain the gift cards in our store by asking one of our store employees.

You can charge the gift card with as much value as you desire and it can be used to buy Official Marvel products at our store or to book any of our MARVEL Mission experiences, but it is essential to do it directly in the store. The gift card can´t be used online.

Yes, you just need to write to help@marvelmission.com telling us your idea and we will be glad to help.

Yes, we do have a meeting room, catering service and all you need for any company events. You just need to write to help@marvelmission.com and we will be glad to help you.

Políticas

Children must not be left alone at MARVEL Mission´s Official store.

We will not be responsible for the safety or care of the children in this area.

The sessions are scheduled one after the other as a continuous cycle so it´s essential to be on time for your Check-In and experience in order to participate in a Mission.

The sessions consist in several parts: Check-In, introduction of the room and safety measures, equipment, the experience itself and the photo souvenir.
Normal experience – If you did not book a VIP experience the session will begin once all the players have arrived (if they are enough for the minimum required for the room).
VIP experience – If you booked the entire room and one of the participants is late you can start the session without every member being present as long as you have the minimum required for the room.

If you are late or do not attend you will not be refunded.

MARVEL Mission does not do refunds under any circumstances.

The birthday reservations are not refunded unless in exceptional cases such as medical reasons or with enough previous notice.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can come in contact with us to help@marvelmission.com and we will be happy to help you.

You have 2 weeks before the reservation takes place to cancel it or alter the date.

You can write to help@marvelmission.com by sending us your reservation number along with the new selected date and mission and we will process it as soon as possible.

PWe do not accept cancelations or alterations without a 2 week advance notice prior to the reservation date.
